我国的药用植物资源丰富,中药的抗肿瘤活性已得到国际公认。近年来,从中药中提取的抗肿瘤有效成分日益得到人们的重视。据不完全统计,来源于植物药的抗癌制剂,占总抗癌药的32.25%。紫杉醇、喜树碱、长春新碱已为人们广泛接受,作为某些肿瘤的首选药。从中药研制开发新药具有广阔的前景。本文通过分析中药有效成分与目前已知的抗肿瘤靶标的分子对接结果,寻求具有潜在抗肿瘤活性的中药小分子。
The medicinal plants in our country are rich in resources and the anti-tumor activity of Chinese medicine has been internationally recognized. In recent years, the anti-tumor active ingredients extracted from traditional Chinese medicine have drawn increasing attention. According to incomplete statistics, anti-cancer drugs derived from botanicals account for 32.25% of the total anticancer drugs. Paclitaxel, camptothecin, vincristine has been widely accepted as the preferred drug for some tumors. Research and development of new drugs from Chinese medicine has broad prospects. In this paper, by analyzing the molecular docking results of the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine and the currently known anti-tumor targets, we seek for small Chinese medicine molecules with potential anti-tumor activity.
