目的:对卡介菌多糖核酸制剂治疗支气管哮喘疗效进行分析和探讨。方法:收集我院2014年4月至2016年4月期间的支气管哮喘患者80例,然后将80例患者随机分为对照组(40例)观察组(40例),对对照组的患者进行常规的基础治疗,对观察组的患者在常规基础治疗的基础上肌肉注射每安瓿1ml含卡介菌多糖0.35毫克、核酸不低于40ug的制剂,然后对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果:两组患者在治疗前的一秒用力呼气量和呼吸流量峰值差异没有统计学意义,P>0.05。两组患者在治疗后的一秒用力呼气量和呼吸流量峰值差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者治疗以后显效23例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率为95.00%;对照组患者治疗以后显效21例,有效14例,无效5例,总有效率为87.50%;观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组患者。两组之间的差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸制剂在治疗支气管哮喘方面有良好的应用效果,它可以促进患者的症状明显改善,促进患者的康复,因此可以进行临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the curative effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods: Eighty patients with bronchial asthma were collected from April 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital. Then 80 patients were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases). Patients in the control group were treated routinely Of the basic treatment, the observation group of patients on a routine basis of intramuscular injection of ampoules per ampoule containing 0.35 mg of BCG polysaccharide 0.35 mg, nucleic acid not less than 40ug preparations, and then the treatment of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in peak expiratory pressure and respiratory flow between the two groups before treatment, P> 0.05. In the observation group, 23 cases were markedly effective after treatment, 15 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.00%. In the control group, 21 cases were markedly effective after treatment, 14 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 87.50% The total effective rate of patients was significantly higher than the control group patients. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid preparation has a good application in the treatment of bronchial asthma. It can promote the patients’ symptoms and promote the rehabilitation of the patients, so it can be used clinically.
