1990年以来我们采用随机抽样对新疆阿勒泰地区六县一市所辖部分小学的儿童甲状腺肿大率、尿碘、水碘、碘盐进行了检测。调查8~10岁学生6794名,甲肿率为20.15%;查尿1621份,尿碘中位数为92.5μg/L,尿碘值<100μg/L者占57.80%;水碘均值4.96μg/L,水碘值<5μg/L者占82.9%;碘盐合格率53.33%。以上结果表明我区人群仍处于碘营养不良状态,应及时采取以供应碘盐为主的综合补碘措施。
Since 1990, we have used random sampling to detect goiter, urinary iodine, iodine and iodine in children in some primary schools under the jurisdiction of six counties and one municipality in Altay, Xinjiang. 6794 students aged 8 to 10 years were investigated. The rate of goiter was 20.15%; 1621 urinalysis, the urinary iodine median was 92.5μg / L, urinary iodine value <100μg / L accounted for 57.80% 4.96μg / L, water iodine value <5μg / L accounted for 82.9%; iodized salt pass rate of 53.33%. The above results show that our region is still in poor iodine nutritional status of the population, should be promptly taken to supply iodized salt-based integrated iodization measures.
