一年级的儿童注意范围狭窄,不善于分配自己的注意,如果要求他们同时注意几件事情往往做不到。体育课上一年级儿童的注意力还不稳定、不集中,容易受不相干的事物的吸引而分散。比如说,上课时看到其他班级上课了,注意力就到别的班级上去了,教师讲课过程如果过于单调,或太易太难,或节奏速度不适当,都容易造成儿童注意分散。只有在体育教师正确的引导和帮助下,充分运用肢体语言,低年级的孩子学习体育的兴趣才能迅速激发出来。
First-year children are narrow-minded and not good at allocating their own attention, often requiring few things at the same time. First-year physical education in children’s attention is not stable, not concentrated, easily attracted by the irrelevant things and dispersed. For example, in class, we can see that other classes are in class and attention is focused on other classes. If the lecture process is overly monotonous, too easy or too slow, or improper tempo, the children may easily be distracted. Only in the correct guidance and help of physical education teachers, make full use of body language, the interest of children in lower grades to learn sports can be quickly stimulated.
