钎焊涂层是一种新型的WC耐磨涂层制备工艺。钎焊涂层具有组织致密、结合力强、耐磨耐蚀性优异等特点。本文简介了钎焊涂层的制备方法,概述了钎焊涂层在国内外的研究进展,并进行了钎焊涂层与其它WC涂层的对比。 Brazing coating is a new WC wear-resistant coating preparation process. Brazing coating has the characteristics of dense structure, strong bonding, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. This paper introduces the preparation of brazing coating, summarizes the research progress of brazing coating at home and abroad, and compares the brazing coating with other WC coatings.
