目的探讨宫腔镜在异常子宫出血中的临床应用。方法回顾性分析150例患者的临床资料。结果经统计学分析,两种检查方法与病理诊断符合率比较,P<0.01有显著差异性。结论异常子宫出血采用宫腔镜检查具有高度准确性、微创性、直观、快捷等特点,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of hysteroscopy in abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods The clinical data of 150 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The results of statistical analysis showed that the two methods were consistent with the pathological diagnosis, P <0.01 was significantly different. Conclusions Abnormal uterine bleeding using hysteroscopy with high accuracy, minimally invasive, intuitive and fast, it is worth clinical application.
