现有机械式推土机普遍存在着操纵杆件多、人机交互不好的缺点,为提高推土机的操纵性能,在T120DMT型推土机上研发了一款新型单手柄转向操纵系统。分析原有转向操纵系统的结构组成以及优缺点,提出单手柄转向操纵系统的人机工程学目标和设计准则,介绍新研制的单手柄转向操纵系统的组成和工作原理,给出有关零部件的设计方法和原则,对机构杆件的行程和受力进行分析。装机使用表明,该单手柄转向操纵系统操纵灵活,轻便省力,完全可替代原有系统,且能够提升人机交互性能,提高工作效率。
The existing mechanical bulldozers generally have the disadvantages of many joysticks and poor human-computer interaction. In order to improve the handling performance of the bulldozer, a new single-handle steering system has been developed on the T120DMT bulldozer. The structure, advantages and disadvantages of the original steering system are analyzed. The ergonomic goals and design criteria of the single-handle steering system are proposed. The composition and working principle of the newly developed single-handle steering system are introduced. Design methods and principles, the institutions of the rod travel and stress analysis. The use of installed capacity shows that the single-handle steering system is flexible and light-weight, which can completely replace the original system and improve human-computer interaction performance and work efficiency.
