介绍不锈钢螺栓与薄板坯连铸结晶器铜板的焊接试验,以及提高锆铬铜板性能的热处理工艺试验;分析不锈钢螺栓与锆铬铜板在焊接过程中产生的气孔、裂纹、未熔合的原因,以及锆铬铜板机械性能与时效温度的关系,并成功地研制了一套焊接螺柱式薄板坯结晶器铜板。
This paper introduces the welding experiment of stainless steel bolt and thin slab continuous casting mold copper plate and the heat treatment process experiment to improve the performance of Zirconium and Chromium copper plate; analyzes the causes of cracks, fissures and unmelting of stainless steel bolt and Zirconium-chromium copper plate, Chrome copper mechanical properties and aging temperature, and successfully developed a set of welding stud thin slab mold copper.
