目的探讨胎儿桡骨缺失或发育不全畸形的产前超声诊断。方法本次实验以我院2010年1月至2011年1月所收治的5例桡骨缺失或发育不全畸形胎儿为实验对象,回顾性分析孕妇产前三维和二维超声诊断结果,并与产后胎儿的X线检查结果进行对比。结果经过临床检查,5例胎儿均可见典型的桡骨缺失或发育不全畸形图像表现,且产后X线检查结果也证实了上述症状,超声诊断与X线检查结果对比不具有显著的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论本次临床实验结果表明,胎儿桡骨缺失或发育不全具有显著的超声表现,全面准确的孕期超声诊断有利于病变的早期发现和预防,能够有效降低畸形胎儿的发生率,具有较高的临床推广和使用价值。
Objective To investigate the prenatal diagnosis of fetal radial deformity or hypoplasia. Methods In this study, 5 cases of deformed or incomplete radial deformity fetus admitted from January 2010 to January 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results of prenatal three-dimensional and two-dimensional ultrasonography were retrospectively analyzed and compared with those of postpartum fetus X-ray examination results were compared. Results After clinical examination, all 5 fetuses showed the typical deformity of radial defect or hypoplasia, and postnatal X-ray examination also confirmed the above symptoms. There was no significant difference between ultrasonic diagnosis and X-ray examination (P > 0.05). Conclusion The results of this clinical trial showed that the fetal radial defect or hypoplasia has significant ultrasound manifestations. Comprehensive and accurate ultrasound diagnosis during pregnancy is good for the early detection and prevention of the disease, and can effectively reduce the incidence of malformation fetus with high clinical promotion And use value.
