对猕猴桃属植物中的5个种和变种进行了染色体数目观察,发现葛枣猕猴桃、四萼猕猴桃、异色猕猴桃和红茎猕猴桃为二倍体(2n=2x=58);大籽猕猴桃为四倍体(2n=4x=116)。进一步证实“29”是猕猴桃属植物染色体的一个基数。
The chromosome numbers of 5 species and varieties of Actinidiae were observed. The results showed that the diploid (2n = 2x = 58) were the diploid of Gooseberry, the calyx, the different color kiwi and the red stem kiwifruit; Ploidy (2n = 4x = 116). Further confirmed that “29” is a base of the Actinidia chromosome.
