利用恒电位极化和EIS技术研究G3合金在高温高H_2S/CO_2分压环境下的临界点蚀温度。结果表明,利用恒电位极化技术测试G3合金在高温高H_2S/CO_2分压环境下的临界点蚀温度为58.5℃,而利用EIS方法测试得到G3合金在模拟环境下的临界点蚀温度在50~60℃之间,分别利用恒电位极化和EIS方法测试所得G3合金在模拟环境下的临界点蚀温度基本一致。
Study on critical pitting temperature of G3 alloy under high temperature and high H 2 S / CO 2 partial pressure by potentiostatic polarization and EIS techniques. The results show that the critical pitting temperature of G3 alloy under high temperature and high H 2 S / CO 2 partial pressure is 58.5 ℃ by potentiostatic polarization test, and the critical pitting temperature of G3 alloy measured under EIS method is 50 ~ 60 ℃. The critical pitting temperature of the G3 alloy tested by potentiostatic polarization and EIS respectively is basically the same under simulated conditions.
