本文对各地区最低工资标准与当地低收入户家庭基本消费支出、平均工资和人均GDP等统计指标之间协调性进行了评估研究。评估结果显示,2016年,大多数地区最低工资标准与当地相关经济社会发展指标较为协调;最低工资标准实际增速与同期人均GDP增速差距有所缩小;但最低工资标准与主要相关指标的协调性存在较大程度的地区分化。
This paper evaluates the coordination between the minimum wage in different regions and the basic consumption expenditure, average salary and GDP per capita of local low-income families. The assessment shows that in 2016, the minimum wage in most regions is in line with the relevant local indicators on economic and social development; the actual growth rate of the minimum wage has narrowed from the growth rate of per capita GDP in the same period; however, the coordination of the minimum wage with the major relevant indicators There is a greater degree of regional differentiation of sex.
