本研究在田间和人工控制气温条件下进行。棉叶中淀粉在夜间的降解和输出率与气温有关。夜温过低,淀粉的降解和输出率减少。夜温低至15℃时一夜间淀粉的降解和输出量不及自然夜温条件(21.4℃—27.9℃)的一半。新疆棉区大部分地方从9月中旬或下旬起,夜温迅速降低,于是淀粉的降解和输出率减低,而糖源的减少在一定程度上会影响棉纤维的正常发育。
This study was conducted under field and manually controlled air temperature conditions. Cotton leaves in the degradation of starch at night and the output rate and temperature. Night temperature is too low, starch degradation and output reduction. Night-time starvation and output are less than half of natural night-night conditions (21.4 ° C-27.9 ° C) at night temperatures as low as 15 ° C. Most parts of Xinjiang cotton area from mid-September or late, the rapid decline in night temperature, so starch degradation and output reduction, while the reduction of sugar source to a certain extent, will affect the normal development of cotton fiber.
