执行难不仅是法院工作中存在的突出问题,也是全社会关注的焦点和热点,解决执行难问题是一项长期任务,也需要全社会共同努力共同解决。但就法院而言,破解执行难的出路就在于改革,通过改革,使执行体制更加合理、管理体制更加科学、监督机制更加有效、保障更加有力。本文通过浙江省仙居县人民法院的实例来阐述了如何运用执行员助理及“五互”工作法破解执行难,以对执行工作有所裨益。
The implementation of difficulties is not only an outstanding issue existing in the work of the court, but also the focus and focus of attention of the whole society. Solving the difficult implementation issue is a long-term task and requires concerted efforts of the whole society to solve them together. However, as far as the court is concerned, the solution to the difficulty of cracking down lies in reform. Through the reform, the implementation system is made more rational, the management system is more scientific, the monitoring mechanism is more effective and the guarantee is more powerful. This article illustrates how to use executive assistant and “five mutual” work methods to solve the implementation difficulties through the example of People’s Court of Xianju County, Zhejiang Province, so as to benefit the implementation.
