政府的财政政策不仅要满足效率的要求,同时也需要在某种程度上实现公平的目标。政府倡导的家电下乡工作正是政府为实现公平的方式之一。随着家电下乡财政补贴政策的顺利开展和后继的推广的进行,家电下乡政策已经越来越被学术界和农民老百姓关注,但是相应的问题也不断出现。因此政府和企业应及时解决问题,农民也要对这一政策坚定信心,从而使得家电下乡得到更好的推广。
The fiscal policy of the government not only meets the requirements of efficiency, but it also requires some degree of fairness. The government advocacy of home appliances to the countryside is one of the ways for the government to achieve fairness. With the smooth implementation of the financial subsidy policy for home appliances to the countryside and the subsequent promotion, the policy of bringing home appliances to the countryside has drawn more and more attention from academics and peasants. However, the corresponding problems are constantly emerging.
