目的建立豆芽菜中尿素的测定方法。方法采用二乙酰一肟法测定豆芽菜中尿素的含量。结果该方法在0~100mg/kg具有良好的线性关系,该方法检出限为1.3 mg/kg、测定下限为5.2 mg/kg,样品测定的精密度在2.1%~2.8%。回收率为92%~98%。结论该方法可以作为豆芽菜中尿素的日常检测方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of urea in bean sprouts. Methods The content of urea in bean sprouts was determined by diacetyl-oxime method. Results The method was linear in the range of 0-100 mg / kg with a detection limit of 1.3 mg / kg, a lower limit of determination of 5.2 mg / kg and a precision of 2.1% -2.8%. The recovery rate was 92% ~ 98%. Conclusion This method can be used as a routine test of urea in bean sprouts.
