志愿服务所营造出的生动活泼的参与型公民文化有助于公民意识的培育。志愿服务所蕴含的自愿性、公益性、参与性等精神内涵有助于少数民族公民主体和权利意识的培育、责任意识的提升和参与意识的培养。少数民族地区的学校应充分发挥自身优势,在思想引领、技术培训、制度完善方面促进志愿服务的进一步发展。
The lively, participatory civic culture created by volunteerism helps to foster civic awareness. Volunteer services implied voluntariness, public welfare, participation and other spiritual connotation is conducive to the cultivation of ethnic minority citizens and rights awareness, awareness of responsibility and awareness of participation. Schools in ethnic minority areas should give full play to their own advantages and promote the further development of voluntary services in terms of ideological leadership, technical training and system improvement.
