我国北方某厂Q195钢种制成的冷轧薄板经常出现翘皮现象,分析了该厂100 t转炉→炉后吹氩→连铸生产工艺。结果表明,翘皮是由铸坯中显微夹杂引起的。以Si-Al-Mn-Ti复合脱氧夹杂为主,平均含量为32个/mm~2,粒度在0~5μm的约占29.2%,5~10μm的约占42.8%,10~15μm的约占17.3%,大于15μm的约占10.7%。显微夹杂中大颗粒夹杂已经球化良好,未被钢包渣有效吸附。为此,对钢包渣进行了钙铝酸盐改质处理,钢包渣吸附夹杂效果明显改善,粒度较大的显微夹杂物几近消除,剩余钢中的绝大部分夹杂为0~10μm,冷轧板表面缺陷得到消除。
