为分析和研究固溶体在硬质合金中的微观组织特性以及对合金性能的影响,本文采用SEM对三组添加不同成分和含量固溶体的硬质合金微观组织形貌进行观测和分析,发现在含(Ta,Nb)C固溶体的合金中,存在一个特定的固溶体含量,当低于该值时,固溶体呈现局部富集,当高于该值时,固溶体呈细小颗粒状分布。在含(Ta,Nb,Ti)C固溶体的合金中,在一定范围内随着Ti含量的增加,固溶体粒度出现一定程度下降,在对合金物理力学性能分析时发现,随着Ti含量的增加合金硬度出现升高,而合金断裂韧性的降低则并不明显。
In order to analyze and study the microstructure and properties of the solid solution in cemented carbide and its effect on the properties of the alloy, SEM was used to observe and analyze the microstructure of three groups of Cemented Carbide with different composition and content of solid solution. Ta, Nb) C solid solution, there is a specific solid solution content below which the solid solution is locally enriched and above which the solid solution is present in a finely particulate distribution. In the alloys containing (Ta, Nb, Ti) C solid solution, the particle size of the solid solution decreases to a certain extent with the increase of Ti content within a certain range. When analyzing the physical and mechanical properties of the alloy, it is found that with the increase of Ti content, Hardness appears to increase, while the reduction of alloy fracture toughness is not obvious.
