目的研究分析实时超声弹性成像及灰阶超声检查在甲状腺占位性病变诊断中的意义。方法选择我院收治的76例甲状腺疾病患者进行实时超声弹性成像和灰阶超声检查,对比分析超声弹性图和灰阶声像图诊断的灵敏度、特异度及准确度等。结果超声横断面弹性成像联合灰阶超声诊断敏感度为91.67%,特异度为80.00%,准确度为89.84%;纵断面弹性成像联合诊断敏感度为88.89%,特异度为91.67%,准确度为87.50%。结论实时超声弹性成像可作为甲状腺占位性病灶的诊断标准,辅助灰阶超声诊断指标准确度更高。
Objective To study the significance of real-time ultrasound elastography and gray-scale ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid occupying lesions. Methods Seventy-six patients with thyroid diseases admitted to our hospital were selected for real-time ultrasound elastography and gray-scale ultrasonography. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the ultrasound elastography and gray-scale sonography were compared. Results The sensitivity of ultrasound cross-sectional elastography combined with gray-scale ultrasound diagnosis was 91.67%, the specificity was 80.00%, and the accuracy was 89.84%. The combined diagnostic sensitivity of longitudinal elastography was 88.89%, the specificity was 91.67%, and the accuracy was 87.50%. Conclusions Real-time ultrasound elastography can be used as a diagnostic criteria for thyroid space-occupying lesions. The accuracy of auxiliary gray-scale ultrasound diagnostic indicators is higher.
