基本医疗保险用药管理,是基本医疗保险制度中最重要的组成部分,如何对其进行行之有效的管理,将决定参保人员患病后在基本医疗保障范围内能否得到有效、安全、合理的治疗。北京市公费(劳保)医疗制度因其不能适应社会主义市场经济而即将停止实行,但其四十余年的历史所积累的经验教训很值得我们在新的基本医疗保险制度中借鉴。同时,我们对新的基本医疗保险中用药管理方面提出一些基本原则意见,以期得到广大群众的了解、理解和支持,并希冀得到更好的意见和建议,以使新的制度更加完善、可行。
