准备活动作为体育课不可缺少的一个部分,一直被大多数体育教师忽视。然而对于教师来说,它不仅能调动学生上体育课的兴趣,为体育教师设计的教学内容服务,而且也能作为挖掘学生想象力和创造力的一种手段;对学生来说,准备活动的目的是使他们在生理和心理上做好准备,克服神经机能惰性,使人体尽快地由安静状态进入工作状态,并能起到防止运动伤害事故发生的作用。笔者在教学中主要采取以下几种方法及对策:
