把财富与社会福利引入时间分配模型,并在此基础上使用CHIPS(2002)数据验证财富和社会福利水平对劳动供给具有显著的负效应,且结论具有稳健性。潜在的政策含义是健全公平与公正的财富分配机制与社会保障体系是改善民生的重要制度基础。
We introduce the wealth and social welfare into the time distribution model and use CHIPS (2002) data to verify that the wealth and social welfare have a significant negative effect on labor supply and the conclusion is robust. The potential policy implication is that a sound and fair wealth distribution mechanism and social security system are the important institutional foundations for improving people’s livelihood.
