兔肝VX-2肿瘤磁共振灌注扫描与超声造影增强特征及其时相划分的对比研究

目的探讨MR动态灌注成像(MR-PWI)和灰阶实时超声造影(CEUS)对兔肝VX-2肿瘤的增强显像特征,并对比二者造影时相划分。材料与方法运用MR造影剂Gd-DTPA、超声造影剂SonoVue对33只荷肝VX-2瘤兔行MR-PWI和CEUS,观察其增强特征,比较MR-PWI的时间-信号强度曲线形态特征及CEUS中肿瘤和瘤周同水平肝实质的时间-强度曲线,比较其时相划分。结果 MR-PWI和CEUS对VX-2肿瘤动脉期、门脉期、实质期起始时间的划定分别为(8.69±1.88)s、(12.87±1.58)s、(21.7±3.87)s和(6.82±1.36)s、(11.64±2.03)s、(20.24±4.17)s,MR-PWI较CEUS各相起始时间均延迟(均P<0.05);33个VX-2肿瘤结节中29个结节磁共振灌注扫描与超声造影具有相似的增强模式,呈“快进快出”改变;另4个结节呈“快进慢出”改变。结论 MR-PWI和CEUS对兔肝VX-2肿瘤的增强特征及时相划分均有一定的差别,对分析肝脏肿瘤血供特点有很大帮助。 Objective To investigate the imaging characteristics of VX-2 tumors in rabbits with MR dynamic perfusion imaging (MR-PWI) and gray-scale real-time contrast echocardiography (CEUS). Materials and Methods MR-contrast agent Gd-DTPA and ultrasound contrast agent SonoVue were used to evaluate MR-PWI and CEUS in 33 VX-2 tumor-bearing rabbits and the morphological characteristics of MR-PWI were compared. CEUS tumor and tumor week with the same level of liver parenchyma time-intensity curve, compared to the time-phase division. Results The delineation of arterial phase, portal phase and parenchymal onset time of MR-PWI and CEUS were (8.69 ± 1.88) s, (12.87 ± 1.58) s, (21.7 ± 3.87) s and 6.81 ± 1.36) s, (11.64 ± 2.03) s and (20.24 ± 4.17) s respectively. The onset time of MR-PWI in each phase of CEUS was delayed (all P <0.05). Among 33 VX-2 tumor nodules, 29 Nodular magnetic resonance perfusion scanning and contrast-enhanced ultrasound have a similar mode, was “fast forward fast” change; the other four nodules were “fast forward slow” change. Conclusion MR-PWI and CEUS have some differences on the enhanced features and time-phase division of rabbit VX-2 tumors, which is helpful to analyze the characteristics of blood supply of liver tumors.
