高层建筑考虑施工模拟可以更为准确地反映结构实际受力状态,通过理论分析、算例验证并结合实际超限高层项目,详细研究了高层建筑施工模拟的理论方法以及具体实现过程。分析表明:若不考虑施工模拟,对于轴压比大的构件轴力会偏小,而对于轴压比小的构件轴力会偏大;一次加载解的楼层最大竖向位移为实际楼层最大竖向位移的2倍左右,计算出的楼层最大竖向位移在结构顶层,而考虑施工模拟计算出的实际楼层最大竖向位移在中间层附近。研究结果为高层建筑结构分析时考虑其在施工过程中的实际受力情况提供了理论依据以及分析方法。
Considering the construction simulation of high-rise building, the actual stress state of the structure can be more accurately reflected. The theoretical method and concrete realization process of high-rise building construction simulation are studied in detail through theoretical analysis, case study and actual super-high-rise project. The analysis shows that if the construction simulation is not considered, the axial force of the member with large axial compression ratio will be smaller and the axial force of the member with smaller axial compression ratio will be larger. The maximum vertical displacement of the floor with one- To the displacement of about 2 times, the calculated maximum vertical displacement of the structure at the top of the structure, while considering the construction simulation of the actual maximum vertical displacement of the floor near the middle layer. The research results provide the theoretical basis and analysis method for the actual stress in the process of high-rise building structural analysis.
