目的 :观察疏波短声在感音神经性聋脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)检测中的作用。方法 :对感音性聋 4 8例、70耳用疏波短声和疏密交替波短声给声进行BAEP检测 ,刺激声强 :115~ 12 5dBpeSPL。结果 :感音神经性聋耳在常规使用疏密交替波短声给声而BAEP无反应时 ,改用疏波短声给声则BAEP波型分化改善、出波率显著提高。结论 :应用疏波短声给声有助于BAEP为感音性聋进一步作出定位诊断
Objective: To observe the effect of short wave of sparse waves on the detection of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in sensorineural hearing loss. Methods: BAEP was performed on forty-eight cases of sensory deafness and 70 ears of short-tone short-wave and short-term sparse sound waves. The stimulus intensity was 115-125 dBpe SPL. Results: Sensory nerve deaf ears in the conventional use of alternating pitch short beep sound to the BAEP no response, the use of shortwave to the sound wave BAEP waveform differentiation improved, the wave rate was significantly improved. CONCLUSIONS: The use of short-sowing of short-wave to help BAEP make further localization diagnosis for sensorineural hearing loss
