本文介绍了1种从最小投资增量的角度确定建筑节能目标的方法。笔者通过建立建筑能耗分析模型,对多种建筑节能措施进行收益和投资分析,并以年收益投资比(SIR,saving to investment ratio)为依据确定建筑节能技术应用的优先次序,依此顺序对基准建筑模型进行节能优化设计,计算得出建筑节能率与成本增量的对应关系,为从建筑节能投资增量的角度确定建筑节能目标提供方法支持。
This article presents a method to determine building energy efficiency goals from a perspective of minimum investment increment. Through establishing a building energy consumption analysis model, the author analyzes the benefits and investment of various building energy-saving measures and determines the priority of application of building energy-saving technologies based on the SIR (saving to investment ratio), and in this order Benchmark building model to optimize energy-saving design, calculate the corresponding relationship between building energy efficiency and cost incremental, in order to determine the building energy-saving goals from the perspective of building energy-saving investment to provide method support.
