用氢氟酸和硫酸混合溶液对氧化锆元件进行表面处理可以增加氧化锆电池电极表面积,从而增强电极材料与电解质表面分子作用力,使氧化锆电池的工作温度由通常的700~800℃降至500℃以下。电池在低温段池电势与氧分压符合能斯特方程,池内阻小,本底电势低,响应快,测量重复性好,适合作低温氧传感器。
