目的探讨胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病患者对血糖控制的影响。方法对48例2型糖尿病患者随机分成对照组及观察组,对两组患者胰岛素使用剂量、低血糖发生率以及血糖控制情况进行对比。结果采用胰岛素泵持续泵入胰岛素在改善血糖上具有显著的效果,并且使用胰岛素剂量较小,低血糖的发生几率也得到了很大程度地控制。结论在2型糖尿病治疗中,采用胰岛素泵治疗,血糖控制见效迅速,使用的胰岛素剂量较之常规注射更少,同时还可对低血糖的发生率进行有效控制,故值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of insulin pump on blood glucose control in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 48 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The dosage of insulin, the incidence of hypoglycemia and the control of blood glucose were compared between the two groups. Results Insulin pump continued to pump insulin in improving blood sugar has a significant effect, and the use of small doses of insulin, the incidence of hypoglycemia has also been largely controlled. Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes, insulin pump therapy is used, the blood glucose control is effective, the dosage of insulin used is less than that of conventional injection, and the incidence of hypoglycemia can be effectively controlled. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
