高职的培养目标是以就业为导向,以素质为基础,以能力为本位,培养服务于生产第一线的应用型技术人才。根据高职电气自动化专业毕业生的从业范围和职业能力要求,结合山东电子职业技术学院办学实际,确立了专业培养目标,重构了专业课程体系,形成了有鲜明特色的电气自动化专业人才培养方案。经近几年的实践证明该模式对人才的培养具有现实意义。 Higher vocational training objectives are based on employment-oriented, quality-based, ability-based, training services in the production of first-line application-oriented technical personnel.
