《女职工劳动保护规定》已于1988年9月1日开始实施。《规定》符合我国国情,是我国女职工生活中的一件大事。现就“为什么”和“怎样做”两问题谈谈对女职工劳动保护的看法,供有关同志参照。为什么对女职工进行特殊的劳动保护,是具有重要的社会经济和卫生保健意义的大事。妇女参加社会生产劳动是社会生产发展之需,也是妇女解放的重要标志之一。国际劳工组织(ILO)估计,1975年世界上有57500万女职工(约占世界劳力的35%)从事各种劳动;预计到2000年还要增加3万余人。我国建国初仅有女职工60余万
The “Labor Protection Regulations for Female Employees” came into force on September 1, 1988. The “Regulations” are in line with China’s national conditions and are a major event in the life of women workers in our country. Now on the “why” and “how to do” talk about the labor protection of female workers views for reference by the relevant comrades.
