本文对四川 5 0年来年推广面积 60 7hm2 以上的 40个小麦品种进行了数量性状遗传多样性探讨。方差分析表明品种间确实存在真实遗传差异。用 8个主成分中代表 92 2 %变异的 5个主成分计算了品种间遗传距离 (GD) ,变异范围 0 62~ 46 86,平均遗传距离 14。根据遗传距离可将供试品种聚为 5类 ,性状差异大的品种分别聚为不同的类。分析认为四川小麦品种间数量性状上的遗传差异大 ,遗传多样性丰富
In this paper, the quantitative trait genetic diversity of 40 wheat cultivars with an area of over 60 7hm2 in Sichuan in the next 50 years was investigated. Analysis of variance showed that there was indeed a true genetic variation among breeds. The genetic distance (GD) among varieties was calculated using five principal components representing 92 2% of the 8 principal components, ranging from 0 62 to 46 86 with an average genetic distance of 14. According to the genetic distance, the tested cultivars can be grouped into five categories, and the cultivars with large differences in traits are grouped into different categories. The analysis indicated that the quantitative traits of Sichuan wheat varieties have large genetic differences and rich genetic diversity
