本院自1991年始用猪苓多糖合并乙肝疫苗治疗乙型肝炎52例,部分肝功异常的病例加用输液及中草药辩证施治,其症状、体征、肝功能的复常与同期的治疗组相似,HBsAg,抗HBc的阴转率及抗HBs的阳转率略高于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗3～6个月HBeAg的阴转率及抗HBc的阳转率较同期对照组及往年应用聚肌胞:小剂量干扰素等抗病毒调节免疫的药物疗效显著。进一步证实两药及两种以上药物合用,可使机体的免疫功能增强,抑制病毒复制和清除病毒干体外的能力进一步提高。由于本品药源丰富,价格适宜、使用方便,治疗慢性肝炎能有效地改善症状,降低ALT,且能抑制病毒复制,促进抗体产生,尤其是HBeAg阴转及抗HBc的阳转率较高,疗效且较为巩固,无明显毒付作用,故是一种符合国情的有前途的治疗肝炎的药物。至于与华蟾素合并应用疗效如何,有待进一步研究探讨,
