肠缺血再灌注损伤是严重创伤、烧伤、休克救治过程中发生的一个共同病理生理阶段,是多器官功能障碍综合征发生、发展的重要原因之一。高氧液是一种具有高氧分压并含有治疗剂量臭氧的医用液体,动物实验表明对心肌、脊髓、脑的缺血再灌注损伤有较好的保护作用,临床上已用于治疗多种缺血缺氧性疾病、失血性休克以及烧伤后休克等, 但高氧液对肠缺血再灌注损伤的影响尚未定论。本研究拟评价缺血期肠腔灌注高氧液对家兔肠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,并从线粒体水平探讨其机制,为肠缺血再灌注损伤的防治提供参考。
Intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury is a common pathophysiological stage of severe trauma, burn injury and shock treatment, which is one of the important reasons for the occurrence and development of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Hyperoxic fluid is a kind of medical liquid with high partial pressure of oxygen and ozone containing therapeutic dose. Animal experiments show that it has a good protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion injury of myocardium, spinal cord and brain and has been used clinically to treat many kinds of diseases Ischemia and hypoxia, hemorrhagic shock and post-burn shock, but the effect of hyperoxic liquid on intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury has not yet been determined. This study was intended to evaluate the protective effect of hyperoxic liquid with intestinal perfused with ischemia on intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits and its mechanisms at mitochondrial level to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury.
