对太阳能喷射制冷系统进行理论分析,并通过与常用工质的比较,提出以R236fa作为太阳能喷射制冷系统的制冷剂。建立计算模型,模拟以R236fa作为制冷剂太阳能喷射制冷系统的运行性能。结合理论分析,蒸发温度在5~10℃,冷凝温度在30~36℃,发生温度在82~94℃之间变化时,分别对以R236fa、R141b和R123为制冷剂的太阳能喷射制冷系统进行实验研究。结果表明,典型空调工况条件下,R236fa作为制冷剂的喷射制冷系统COP为0.413;太阳能喷射制冷系统的性能系数COPsc可达0.243,系统的制冷量为11.90kW。
Based on the theoretical analysis of solar injection refrigeration system and the comparison with common working fluid, R236fa is proposed as a refrigerant for solar injection refrigeration system. A computational model was established to simulate the operating performance of the R236fa as a refrigerant solar injection refrigeration system. Combined with the theoretical analysis, when the evaporation temperature is 5 ~ 10 ℃, the condensation temperature is 30 ~ 36 ℃, and the temperature is between 82 ~ 94 ℃, the solar injection refrigeration system with R236fa, R141b and R123 as refrigerant the study. The results show that under the condition of typical air conditioning, the COP of the injection refrigeration system with R236fa as a refrigerant is 0.413. The COPsc of the solar injection refrigeration system is 0.243 and the cooling capacity of the system is 11.90kW.
