采用有限元软件建立了正交异性钢桥桥面铺装体系的三维力学模型,分析研究了在高温、低温以及不同超载率的耦合作用下,桥面铺装层厚度、模量的不同组合对铺装层表面最大拉应变的影响,并与不考虑温度荷载作用的结果进行对比分析。结果表明,在温度-荷载耦合作用下,正交异性钢桥桥面铺装的最大拉应变显著增大,且随温度的变化而变化,应力集中现象有所减弱。
The three-dimensional mechanical model of bridge deck pavement system with orthotropic steel bridge is established by using finite element software. Different combinations of deck deck thickness and modulus under the coupling of high temperature, low temperature and different overloading rate are analyzed. The influence of the maximum tensile strain on the surface of the pavement, and the comparison with the result without temperature load. The results show that under the temperature-load coupling, the maximum tensile strain of bridge deck pavement on the orthotropic steel bridge increases significantly, and changes with temperature, the stress concentration is weakened.
