目的 探讨 2型糖尿病与骨质疏松间的内在联系。方法 使用DPX L双能骨密度X线测量仪测定40例 2型糖尿病患者及 2 0例健康对照者正位腰椎 (L2 ~L4 )和左侧股骨近端neck ,ward ,troch区骨密度。测定 2型糖尿病患者的血钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶及C肽水平。结果 2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松组的C肽释放曲线下面积(AUC)低于未合并骨质疏松组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 2型糖尿病患者的骨密度与胰岛功能有关 ,胰岛功能明显减退者骨密度亦明显降低 ,易患骨质疏松。
Objective To explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis. Methods The bone mineral density (BMD) of 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 20 healthy controls were measured by using DPX L dual-energy bone mineral density X-ray apparatus in the anterior lumbar spine (L2 ~ L4) and left femur. Determination of type 2 diabetes in patients with blood calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and C-peptide levels. Results The area under the C peptide release curve (AUC) of type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis was significantly lower than that of patients without osteoporosis (P <0.01). Conclusions BMD in type 2 diabetic patients is related to islet function, and islet density is significantly decreased in patients with markedly decreased pancreatic islet function and is predisposed to osteoporosis.
