经过对溶媒回收工艺模拟分析,发现实际生产中存在回收能耗高等问题。针对溶媒废酸水回收工艺进行改造,提出减压工艺方案。通过降低回收塔的操作压力,增强换热等于手段现实能量回收。改造后,保证工艺中乙酸丁酯充分回收,废酸水回收工艺蒸汽用量由改造前3 000 kg/h降至1 800 kg/h,节约低压蒸汽40%。
