本文利用环境库兹涅茨曲线研究辽宁省碳排放与经济发展的关系。主要结论为:(1)通过实证研究发现辽宁省碳排放EKC为倒N形,已经经过第一个转折点,没有达到第二个转折点,在未来一段时间内仍将保持增长,但增速逐渐变缓。(2)辽宁省能源消费结构不合理,产业结构变化对环境库兹涅茨曲线的形成影响较大。(3)最后根据分析提出了三条建议:提高能源利用效率,加快核电建设,积极开发水力、太阳能、风能、地热、潮汐等清洁能源;调整产业结构,增加低能耗高产出的行业建设,提高农业生产效率;提高公民节能减排意识,制定节能减排的相关法律。
This paper uses the Environmental Kuznets Curve to study the relationship between carbon emissions and economic development in Liaoning Province. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Empirical study shows that the EKC carbon emission in Liaoning province is an inverted N shape, which has passed the first turning point and did not reach the second turning point. It will maintain its growth in the next period of time, but its growth rate gradually changes slow. (2) The structure of energy consumption in Liaoning Province is unreasonable, and the change of industrial structure has a great influence on the formation of environmental Kuznets Curve. (3) Finally, according to the analysis, we put forward three suggestions: improve the energy efficiency, accelerate the construction of nuclear power, actively develop clean energy such as hydro, solar energy, wind energy, geothermal and tide; adjust the industrial structure and increase the construction of industries with low energy consumption and high output Agricultural production efficiency; raise citizens awareness of energy-saving emission reduction, formulate energy-saving emission reduction laws.
