随着学术理论和工艺技术的不断发展,通过使用同步相测量技术对广域电网进行远程实时监控、保护,进而优化电网调度、提高可靠性的构想已变为现实。然而长期以来,学术研究还主要集中在广域监视控制(Wide Area Monitoring and Control,WAMC)系统的控制策略和保护应用方面;对WAMC系统控制应用对数据测量和通信系统依赖性的研究却仍处于起步阶段。因此,为保证WAMC系统的可用性和控制准确性,分析数据质量对系统控制应用性能的影响十分必要。讨论了WAMC系统数据传送和处理环节中的延时问题,研究了数据延时对电网WAMC系统中静态无功补偿器(Static Var Compensator,SVC)性能的影响,讨论了采用电力系统稳定器(Power System Stabilizers,PSS)的就地控制,降低数据延时影响的可能性。
With the continuous development of academic theory and process technology, the idea of using synchronous phase measurement technology to monitor and protect the wide area power grid in real time and to optimize power grid dispatch and improve reliability has become a reality. However, for a long time, academic research has mainly focused on the control strategies and protection applications of Wide Area Surveillance and Control (WAMC) systems. However, the research on the dependency of WAMC system control applications on data measurement and communication systems is still in The initial stage. Therefore, in order to ensure the usability and control accuracy of WAMC system, it is necessary to analyze the influence of data quality on the performance of system control application. The delay of data transmission and processing in WAMC system is discussed. The effect of data delay on the performance of Static Var Compensator (SVC) in WAMC system is studied. The power system stabilizer (Power System Stabilizer System Stabilizers, PSS) to reduce the possibility of data latency effects.
