铜矿氨浸液中二氧化碳的络合滴定

铜氨溶液中二氧化碳的分析方法,以前已有评述,多数厂矿都采用气体容量法,该法的影响因素较多,且不能成批操作,故在应用上受到一定的限制。我室对铜氨溶液中二氧化碳的测定采用碳酸钡容量法,即用二氯化钡沉淀分离碳酸根,盐酸滴定碳酸钡沉淀,直接测定二氧化碳,此法操作简便,且可成批操作。但此法的缺点是:碳酸钡沉淀颗粒小,容易透滤,而且滤纸连同碳酸钡沉淀一起滴定,搅拌困难,试样中含硫酸根高时,结果显著偏低。为克服上述缺点,本文试图用络合滴定法测定铜氨溶液中的二氧化碳。基于阳离子第二组试剂是碳酸铵,因此是否有可能利用硝酸钙沉淀铜氨溶液中的碳酸根,这在理论和实践上都值得探讨。 The analysis method of carbon dioxide in copper ammonia solution has been reviewed before. Most plants and mines adopt the gas capacity method, which has many influencing factors and can not be operated batchwise. Therefore, it is limited in application. Our room for the determination of carbon dioxide in copper ammonia solution using barium carbonate capacity method, that is, with barium carbonate precipitation carbonate separation, hydrochloric acid titration barium carbonate precipitation, direct determination of carbon dioxide, this method is simple and can be batch operations. However, the disadvantage of this method is that the precipitated barium carbonate particles are small and easily permeable to filtration, and the filter paper is titrated together with the precipitated barium carbonate to make it difficult to stir. When the sample contains high sulfate, the result is remarkably low. To overcome these shortcomings, this paper attempts to use complexometric titration of copper in ammonia solution of carbon dioxide. Based on the second group of cationic cation reagent is ammonium carbonate, it is possible to use calcium nitrate precipitation of copper carbonate in ammonia solution, both in theory and in practice are worth exploring.
