【目的】 了解小学生叹息样呼吸的发生情况 ,并探讨其与焦虑症的关系。 【方法】 采用自编的叹息样呼吸调查表和改进的Zung氏焦虑自评症状量表 (SAS) ,对 2 2 5名 7~ 14岁小学生进行问卷调查。 【结果】 小学生SAS的正常值上限 (粗分 )为 35分。叹息样呼吸的发生率为 2 0 .4% ,其症状程度与SAS得分呈高度正相关 (r =0 .96 ) ,其SAS的得分异常显著增多 (P <0 .0 0 1)。 【结论】 叹息样呼吸是焦虑症躯体症状的特征性表现之一 ,应注意家庭和学校等环境因素对其的影响
【Objective】 To understand the incidence of sigh-like breathing in primary school students and to explore its relationship with anxiety. 【Methods】 Twenty-five pupils between the ages of 7 and 14 were surveyed by self-made Sigh-like Respiratory Questionnaire and the improved Zung’s Anxiety Symptom Inventory (SAS). [Results] The upper limit of normal school students’ SAS (rough score) was 35 points. The incidence of sigh-like respiration was 20.4%. The severity of symptoms was positively correlated with SAS scores (r = 0.96). SAS scores were significantly increased (P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 Sigh-like respiration is one of the characteristic manifestations of somatic symptoms of anxiety. We should pay attention to the influence of environmental factors such as family and school on it
