目的:考察大鼠肠道菌群对延胡索总碱(TA)中延胡索乙素(tetrahydropalmatine,TET)的代谢情况及白芷香豆素(coumarin,Cou)和白芷挥发油(volatile oil,VO)两种提取物与TA配伍对延胡索乙素在大鼠体内代谢的影响,探讨元胡、白芷有效组分配伍规律。方法:分别将TA,TA-Cou,TA-VO,TA-Cou-VO 4组药物与新鲜配制的大鼠肠内容物混悬液在37℃孵化,采用HPLC-FLD测定孵化不同时间大鼠肠内容物混悬液中TET的浓度。结果:TA-Cou组明显减缓了TET的降解速度。结论:从代谢的角度证实了元胡白芷配伍的合理性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the metabolism of tetrahydropalmatine (TET) and the extraction of coumarin (Cou) and volatile oil (VO) from gut microbiota in the rat intestinal flora. Matter and TA compatibility on the metabolism of tetrahydropalmatine in rats to explore the law of Yuan Hu, Angelica compatibility components. Methods: The contents of TA, TA-Cou, TA-VO and TA-Cou-VO 4 were incubated with the freshly prepared rat intestinal contents at 37 ℃, respectively. Concentration of TET in the contents suspension. Results: TA-Cou group significantly slowed the rate of TET degradation. Conclusion: From the perspective of metabolism confirmed the compatibility of Yuan Hu Angelica compatibility.
