三星中学:以托管外力突破办学瓶颈

三星中学是一所地处于麦田深处的学校,也是崇明最西部的学校。因为地理位置的偏僻,三星中学在最近15年里流失了不少教师和生源,如今只有186个学生在读,且特殊家庭孩子的比例高达58.6%。生源少,意味着教师队伍成长缓慢,甚至影响到优质课程的建设。为了突破这一办学瓶颈,校长范永刚一直不懈努力着。起初,三星中学与周边最近的三所学校抱团,开展年级教研、备课、三校联考等合作。这种四校间的彼此借鉴虽 Samsung Middle School is a school located in the depths of wheat fields, Chongming is also the westernmost school. Due to its remote location, Samsung Middle School has lost quite a few teachers and students in the last 15 years. Today, only 186 students are enrolled, and the percentage of children of special families is as high as 58.6%. Less students, means that the growth of teachers is slow, and even affect the quality of curriculum construction. In order to break through this bottleneck in school, Principal Fan Yonggang has been working tirelessly.
