孤岛油田每年约有60~70口油水井发生堵塞。为进一步改善解堵增注的效果,应用酸化解堵决策技术。酸化解堵决策技术是应用模糊数学的方法诊断地层的伤害机理,用它来指导酸化解堵增注的选井、选层、施工是完全可行且十分有效的。2001年1~10月份,共施工46井次,其中油井施工22口,累计增油19650t;水井施工24口,累计增注340254m3,对应油井增油10207t。成功率87%,比没有使用酸化解堵决策技术提高了16%,有效期达到了150天以上,延长了48天,取得了较好的效果。
Gudao Oilfield every year about 60 to 70 oil wells blocked. In order to further improve the effect of removing plugging and increasing injection, the technology of acidification and plugging decision was applied. Acidification and plugging decision-making technology is the application of fuzzy mathematics method to diagnose the formation damage mechanism, use it to guide the acidification plugging injection wells, layer selection, construction is completely feasible and very effective. From January to October 2001, a total of 46 wells were constructed, of which 22 wells were under construction, with a total increase of 19650t. Well wells were constructed with a total increase of 340254m3, corresponding to oil well 10207t. The success rate of 87%, compared with no use of acidification plugging decision-making technology increased by 16%, valid for more than 150 days, an extension of 48 days and achieved good results.
