昆明赵飙叶西店长的经历涉及到以下四个问题:第一,店长建立的制度无法有效推行。作为连锁,为了保证管理的统一化与标准化,原则上是不会允许店长“不断推出新制度”的,否则整个公司都会显得很乱。作为新任店长,其实首先应该把总公司要求的那些最基本的管理制度做到,这样在管理时也就不会遇到新制度是否合理与人性化的质疑。在做到公司基本要求以后,店长有什么好的建议,可以向公司提出,由总部统一修改。
