本文以6个四棱大麦品种及其15个正交组合的杂种F_1为材料,研究了四棱大麦10个数量性状的一般配合力及其杂种优势。试验结果表明:株粒重、株粒数、主穗粒重、分蘖数、子粒重的杂种优势达10~20%;主穗粒数、主穗长、株高、主穗小穗数的杂种优势为5~10%;主穗茎长为4.38%。F_1株高、分蘖数与中亲、高亲、低亲的3个亲子相关系数达极显著水准;主穗茎长、株粒重的3个亲子相关系数达显著水准;而其余性状与中亲相关系数均达显著水准,和高亲、低亲的相关系数各有不同。一般配合力效应分析表明,吉8306、莫特44、蒙克尔一般配合力较好。
In this paper, we studied the general combining ability and heterosis of 10 four-barley barley cultivars and their 15 orthogonally crossed F1 hybrids. The results showed that the heterosis of grain weight, grain number, grain weight of main spike, tiller number and seed weight reached 10 ~ 20%. The hybrids of main grain number, main spike length, plant height, The advantage is 5 ~ 10%; the main ear stem length is 4.38%. The correlation coefficients of F_1 plant height, tiller number and middle parents, high parents and low parents reached the extremely significant level. The correlation coefficients of three parent-child length and grain weight were significant, while the rest of the parents and parents The correlation coefficient reached a significant level, and the high pro-and low-pro correlation coefficients were different. The results of general combining ability showed that Kyrgyzstan 8306, Motte 44 and Monk were generally better combined with each other.
