本研究发现收缩型平滑肌细胞内c—sis和c—myc基因表达低,P~(53)基因表达高;合成型平滑肌细胞c—sis和c—myc基因表达高,p~(53)基因表达低。结果提示c—sis、c—myc和P~(53)可能参与平滑肌细胞表型转变和细胞增殖的调控。
In our study, we found that the expression of c-sis and c-myc in the contractile smooth muscle cells was low and the expression of P-53 was high. The expression of c-sis and c-myc genes was high in synthetic smooth muscle cells, low. The results suggest that c-sis, c-myc and P ~ (53) may be involved in the regulation of smooth muscle cell phenotypes and cell proliferation.
