一、练习方法 (一)仰卧后举腿,两腿在空中做前后、左右剪绞练习。 (二)仰卧举腿(成90°)重复练习。做法:举腿时稍快,放腿时要慢。 (三)仰卧后上体抬起,同时收腹举腿,两手触及脚尖,重复练习。 (四)两手握软体重物,进行直腿仰卧起坐练习,然后逐渐过渡到屈腿练习。 (五)根据学生身体的高低,分别编组在单杠或肋木上做悬垂收腹举腿的练习。
