阳茎损伤少见,迄今文献报道不足百例。我院近年收治3例,占同期泌尿生殖器损伤病例1％。其中1例合并尿道损伤,均及时采取手术治疗,疗效堪称满意,报告如下。临床资料例1,营业员,25岁。新婚当日晚性交失误,勃起阴茎顶撞于硬板床上,阴茎剧疼、当即松软,未听到破裂声,阴茎迅即肿胀并逐渐加重。无排尿困难及肉眼血尿。当地医院对症治疗无效。伤后24小时转来我院。检查:阴茎高度勃起状,长13cm,最大 Yang stem injury rare so far reported in the literature less than one hundred cases.
